Reclaiming Our Influence: Why Parents Over 50 Are the Real Game Changers in 2026

When I first started our parent company, Wolf Vibrations, LLC, it was rooted in a focused, soulful space: crystals, sound healing, and singing bowls, the very roots that grew into what Gaia Gate Wellness is today.

Then COVID hit, forcing the world to pivot. Instead of shrinking back, I used that time online to expand our mission, engaging in transformative workshops with profound teachers like; Tony Robbins, Sage Robbins, Iyanla Vanzant, Deepak Chopra, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Dr. Bernice King, and Eckhart Tolle.
I dove headfirst into a plethora of masterclasses, studying some of most influential women entrepreneurs from;Martha Stewart, Bethany Frankel, to the Kardashians. That period broadened my awareness, connecting me with incredible minds and reinforcing the power of genuine wellness and longevity.

That shift didn’t stop at personal development. It pushed me straight into civic action. Driven by the deep awareness I gained during the pandemic, I ended up getting directly involved in the 2024 election cycle, covering critical issues step by step on my podcast. What started as a bucket list goal to participate actively in our democracy, however, turned into a frustrating wake up call. Here in 2026, standing up for basic human rights and constitutional freedoms has somehow become an uphill battle where everyday taxpayers are criticized or targeted simply for knowing what their rights are, the exact same rights our kids are taught in school every single day.

I’ve seen firsthand how easily well intentioned spaces can devolve into performative competition, filled with people who care more about looking like they do good than actually creating progress. It’s part of a larger cultural illusion. For years, media narratives were driven by corporate slate financing and media deals rather than authentic care, a dynamic exposed as far back as 2017 when strict capital controls restricted outbound investments into Hollywood, revealing how much of popular culture’s messaging was engineered for profit. Fast forward to today, in the height of the Artificial Intelligence age, and those synthetic facades are fully unravelling.

Our kids don’t need artificial trends or performative influencers. They need us.

As corporate leaders, parents, investors, and entrepreneurs over 50 raising younger children, we are in the absolute best quarter of life, and we are not wasting another second. We deserve success, vitality, and a radical upgrade to our quality of life. We have the life experience and sovereignty to be the real, grounded influences in our children’s lives so they aren’t exploited by digital tricks or synthetic narratives.

I am not someone who can witness people going through hardship and simply look away, because I have always believed that we have a responsibility to make society better when we have the opportunity to do so. I also always believed that when I tried to help, the people I looked up to would see that effort as an opportunity to work together and do more, rather than viewing me as a threat, especially at a time when our communities and our world need us to come together. These are some of the ways I choose to give back, to use what I have learned, what I have built, and the experiences I have lived through to create something that can help someone else. So, how do you give back? For me, one of the answers is simple: I use what I have to help create opportunities for others, and Free Her is one of those ways.
