Who Actually Owns Your Space?
Share
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about the concept of ownership.
Not just in terms of business or property, but in terms of our daily lives.
Who owns your attention?
Who owns your personal information?
And who owns your peace of mind at the end of the day?
When we don’t actively set boundaries around our time, energy, and digital footprint, the world will happily claim those things for us.
That is actually what led to the conversation I had this week on The Second Act Executive podcast.
Who Owns Your Information?
In this week’s episode, “Who Owns Your Information?”, we dove headfirst into digital privacy, personal boundaries, and what it really looks like to take control of your data in a world that is constantly asking for access to you.
We live in a time when information has become incredibly valuable.
Our names. Our locations. Our purchasing habits. Our conversations. Our interests. Our digital behavior.
Every click tells a story.
And while technology can make our lives easier, convenience should never mean surrendering our ability to make intentional choices about what we share and who gets access to it.
Taking ownership of your information is a form of personal empowerment.
But it is only one side of the conversation.
The other side is taking ownership of your energy.

Who Owns Your Energy?
Taking ownership of your data is one side of the coin, but taking ownership of your energy is the other.
When everything around us moves quickly and constantly demands our attention, grounding yourself isn’t just a nice habit.
It can be a necessity.
That is part of the reason I’ve been so deeply invested in building out the new Earth and Spirit Collection and expanding Gaia Gate Wellness into curated nature and wellness experiences.
These offerings are not simply things to purchase or experiences to check off a list.
They are intentional invitations to slow down.
To reconnect.
To step outside of the noise.
To spend time with nature.
To create moments where you can breathe, reflect, and ground yourself again.
Gaia Gate Wellness is a newer chapter in a much longer entrepreneurial journey. It grows from the original vision behind Wolf Vibrations, LLC, which began in 2019 with crystals and a focus on connection, intention, and wellness.
Over time, that vision expanded through different businesses and experiences. I eventually realized that Wolf Vibrations did not need to become everything.
It could be the mother company.
And the individual visions could have room to grow underneath it.
Gaia Gate Wellness is one of those newer expressions of that vision.
It is about creating space for wellness to become something you experience, not simply something you purchase.
Freedom Requires Space
That same philosophy is at the heart of the FREE HER Raffle.
At its core, FREE HER is about liberation.
It is about letting go of what holds you back and creating room to step fully into your own power, independence, and peace.
Sometimes freedom begins with a major decision.
Sometimes it begins with a boundary.
Sometimes it begins with simply recognizing that something has been taking up space in your life that no longer belongs there.
And sometimes, freedom begins with giving yourself permission to breathe.
So, Who Actually Owns Your Space?
That is the question I want to leave with you today.
Who owns your attention?
Who has access to your information?
Who gets your time?
Who gets your energy?
And perhaps most importantly:
Are you still making room for yourself?
Take a moment today to consider where you might need to draw a firmer boundary.
Maybe it is a digital boundary.
Maybe it is a personal boundary.
Maybe it is a business boundary.
Or maybe you simply need to step outside, take a breath, and remember that your peace deserves a place in your life, too.
Have you listened to this week’s episode of The Second Act Executive yet?
I’d love to hear your thoughts on digital privacy, personal boundaries, and what taking ownership of your space means to you.
Your information matters.
Your energy matters.
Your peace matters.
And so do you.
