3 Years of Comprehensive Protection

The Gaia Gate Wellness Comprehensive Bracelet Protection Plan is designed to help you keep your gemstone bracelet wearable and cared for through normal wear.

What’s Included

3 Years of Coverage

Your protection plan is active for three years from the date of purchase.

Up to 2 Complimentary Restringings Per Year

Receive up to two complimentary restringing services each year, for a maximum of 6 complimentary restringings during the three year coverage period.

Replacement Gemstone Beads

When replacement beads are needed during a covered restringing, Gaia Gate Wellness will provide the same or a comparable gemstone when available in stock.

Because natural gemstones vary, an exact match cannot always be guaranteed. Replacement stones may naturally differ in color, markings, shape, size, texture, inclusions, and other characteristics.

One Protection Plan Per Bracelet

Each protection plan covers one qualifying Gaia Gate Wellness bracelet.

If you purchase two bracelets and want both protected, you will need two protection plans.

1 bracelet = 1 protection plan

2 bracelets = 2 protection plans

Your Protection Plan Certificate

After your purchase is completed, Gaia Gate Wellness will contact you with your personalized Protection Plan Certificate in PDF format.

Your certificate will document your plan, coverage period, and the bracelet associated with the protection plan. Please keep it for your records.

Important Information

This is a bracelet care and restringing service plan, not jewelry insurance.

The plan does not cover lost or stolen bracelets or guarantee replacement of gemstones that are unavailable or discontinued.

Your bracelet must be returned to Gaia Gate Wellness for covered restringing service.

The protection plan applies only to the bracelet for which it was purchased and cannot be transferred to another bracelet.
